Villa Branca
Villa Branca is a beautiful Spanish finca just 1/2 mile from the centre of Jávea (Xàbia) at the Costa Blanca.
The villa has large grounds of 21,500 sq. ft. with an enormous lawn with fruit trees, and a large, heated and lit pool with water-slide, all receiving many hours of sun, even in winter.
The house also comes with air conditioning, WiFi internet and satellite television.
Accommodation
The house is all on one floor and is 300 sq. ft.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower. There are three other bedrooms, two of which have air conditioning, and a second bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rail.
The living room is very spacious and has comfortable leather furniture, a chimney, a 28-inch flat-screen television with DVD player and satellite channels, and a stereo system. Thanks to the glass sliding doors you have direct access from here to the naya, or covered terrace. In this living room you will also find the dining area.
The kitchen has everything you might need, such as a large fridge, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee-maker, etc… Next to this you have a utility room with a second fridge, and a washing machine and dryer.
The villa also has internet, central heating with heated floors, a safe, washing machine, dryer and fly nets on the windows and doors.
Exterior
From the living room and the kitchen, you can go out to the large naya. Here you have a second dining area, a big barbecue and an area with sofas and comfy armchairs. In the roof there are speakers which connect to the sound system and can be controlled from the living room to enjoy some music while you are outside.
In front of the naya is the swimming pool (32x16 feet), which is heated for your comfort and lit for night-time swimming. Around the pool there is a terrace with several sun loungers and a sun shade. As well as the house itself, there is a generous garden which surrounds the whole house and has a lawn and several palm trees.
The grounds are enclosed and they can be accessed via an electric, remote-controlled gate. There is a garage and enough space to park several additional cars.
The villa is in a very peaceful neighbourhood and is just 1/2 mile from the centre of Jávea (Xàbia). The beach is 2 miles away and the villa has two golf courses close by.
Pets are welcome but require a small supplement to cover extra cleaning expenses. See rates.
