Accommodation
The villa is constructed on a single level (142m2 floor). It sleeps four and consists of two well lit bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, invaluable during the warm Spanish summers, two bathrooms, the main an en-suite, and the second is complete with a shower.
The kitchen is spacious and fully furnished, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The open plan style connects directly to the living and dining room where you will find a nice dining table and a stylish lounge with comfortable sofa, fireplace and satellite television. The dining area opens directly onto the terrace.
The villa enjoys central heating, assuring a comfortable stay, even during the cooler days of the year.

Exterior
At the main entrance there is a charming porch with a small seating area from where you can enjoy views to the pool and the garden. To the right you will find a covered terrace with a second dining area and a small barbecue. The private pool (10x5m) has a heating system and easy-access stairs. Around the pool is the sun terrace with luxurious sun loungers, parasol and a small sitting area. There is also a large shower.
The villa has a carport and a small garden house for the garden furniture, and is surrounded by a well-kept garden with palm trees and a fence of cypresses. The only access is through an electric gate with remote control.
Pets are welcome but require a small supplement to cover extra cleaning expenses. See rates
