Not many villas offer the possibility to provide a shared holiday and at the same time allow both families to retain their own private space. Casa Coco is split into two independent and complete apartments, which is ideal for two families who have decided to share their holiday to enjoy each other’s company, and the economic advantage.
Enjoy the pool and the big outdoor barbecue with your friends and loved ones, or take the car and in ten minutes you will be on the beach and in the lovely Spanish town of Moraira.
Accommodation
Casa Coco comprises of two separate floors with a total floor space of 250m2. Both levels have two double bedrooms, with space for an extra bed if required. Every bedroom is adjoined by its own bathroom.
The top and lower levels have their own drawing and dining room with a TV with satellite reception, and a DVD on the lower floor. Both kitchens include furnaces, oven, cooler, freezer, coffee machine, etc. . The lower apartment even has a dishwasher.
Each apartment also has a covered terrace with space for a table and chairs or sun-loungers. The lower balcony borders with the pool.
The villa enjoys central heating, assuring a comfortable stay during the cooler days of the year. There is also internet with wi-fi
Exterior
This villa is built high on the mountain offering spectacular views. The large outside space of 1000 m2, includes a private pool (9.5 x 4.5 meters) with built in stairs.
A large terrace around the pool with several comfy sun-lounges and a spacious dining table under a shady parasol. A wonderful barbecue with chimney to guarantee some unforgettable diner parties and surrounding the terrace is a lovely well-kept garden with palm trees, the ideal setting for your Mediterranean holidays.
You can rent one appartment at two thirds of the rental price and lower cleaning expenses.
