On the upper floor of the house, you will find the other two bedrooms, also very spacious, one with double bed and television, and the other with two individual beds. On this floor, there are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower in addition to bidet and lavatory, and the second with shower and lavatory.
Both bedrooms open onto a sun terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surroundings, including Calpe, the Penyon d’Ifach Natural Park and the Mediterranean Sea.
In the garage, in addition to parking space for your car, you will find the washing machine and dryer.
The whole house has central heating.

Accommodation
Villa Ifach has two floors and a garage, joined by an interior staircase.
On the ground floor, at swimming pool level, you have the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a real chimney. The widescreen satellite television comes with international channels and DVD player and there is also a music system and an ADSL connection. The entire house has Wi-Fi coverage.
All contained in the same room, there is also an elegant dining area for six people joined to a round open kitchen.
The kitchen has a large American fridge/freezer and ice machine, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob and two coffee-machines: Nespresso and traditional. There is also a bar with stools if you just want a quick meal or a coffee.
Adjoining this room is the master bedroom of the house, very spacious, with double bed and en suite bathroom, complete with a large spa bath, separate shower, bidet and lavatory.
Exterior
Villa Ifach is surrounded by large sun terraces and a beautiful garden. The large swimming pool is equipped with lighting and it can be heated if desired. Around the pool, you will find the main terrace with numerous comfortable sun loungers and sun shades as well as an outside shower with hot water. Going down the stairs to the garage level, there is a small toilet for your convenience.
The poolside side terrace has a large, stone table and benches to enjoy a pleasant dinner prepared on the big barbeque. Behind the house, you will find the third terrace where, surrounded by a beautiful illuminated garden, you can take advantage of the last few rays of sun of the day.
In addition to this, the house has a third dining space in the “naya”, or covered terrace, as you leave the living room, near the pool.
All of the 800m2 (8600 sq. feet) of land is enclosed and is accessed via a remote-controlled electric gate. In addition to the garage, there is space to leave cars in the drive.
Villa Ifach is situated in a peaceful development of villas which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquillity. Calpe’s long beaches and numerous little shops are only five minutes by car and in twelve minutes, you can be on the golf course.
Villa Ifach is only available for rent in the summer months.
