On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms, each
one with a double bed and one with a television.  Both have
access to a spacious terrace (2x5 metres or 7x16 feet) with
two sun loungers and spectacular views.

There is also a bathroom with a large shower, plus an extra toilet.

At garage level there is a bedroom with two single bedrooms.

The entire house has internet and central heating, and all the windows have fly-stoppers.

Accommodation

Villa Mediterráneo has two floors. 
In the entrance there is a small reception room.  From here you can take the stairs to the upper floor or access the dining room which connects to the terrace.

To the left of the dining is the living room with comfortable furniture facing a chimney and a satellite television.  There is also a music system.  To the right of the living room is the kitchen, very spacious, with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, “Senseo” coffee machine, electric kettle, etc…

To the right of the reception room there is a lavatory for guests.  After this, you have the en suite principal bedroom.  This bedroom has a large double bed, television, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.  In the en suite bathroom, you have a bath, shower and lavatory.  On this floor there is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

Exterior

Without doubt, the main attractions of the house are its impressive views.  The house is high up in the mountains giving you an ideal perspective and ensuring unobstructed views.   From the terraces, you can see from the small town of Benitachell to the Ifach Peninsula and Natural Park, next to Calpe.

Around the illuminated 10x5 metre (33x16 foot) pool with steps, there is a large terrace with a selection of sun loungers and plant pots with small palm trees.  Joined to the house there is a large naya, or covered terrace, with a dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs.

In front of the house there is another dining area with a big barbecue next to an old olive tree.

In addition to the garage there is space to park two more cars.  The house is enclosed by an electric remote-controlled gate. 

The house is located in a peaceful development, five minutes from the small coastal town of Moraira.  There you have good restaurants and bars and a large sandy beach.  Two and a half kilometres (one and a half miles) from the house there is a large supermarket and three kilometres (two miles) away you have a golf club.
