Accommodation

The large house (250m2 or 2700sq. feet) is all on one floor.  In front of the entrance hall, you have the enormous living room with stone chimney and big windows with electric blinds.  Here you will also find a television with satellite channels, and a DVD/CD player with Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound.

To the right of the living room is the dining room with direct access to the kitchen and the terrace.

To the right of the entrance hall you will first find the guest bathroom and then the spacious kitchen with a large American fridge, oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and everything you could need.  From the kitchen, you also have direct access to the naya, or covered terrace.

To the left of the entrance hall are the bedrooms.  The first, on the left, has an en suite bathroom with a large shower.  Immediately to the right you have the master bedroom from which you can walk out onto the poolside terrace.  The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with its own Jacuzzi.  In addition, there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a bath.

All the bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning.  The entire house has internet access and central heating.

Exterior

From the dining room and the kitchen, you have access to the large naya (65m2 or 700sq. feet) with numerous pillars; a perfect place to spend the hottest hours of the day.  There is also a full outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with shower and lavatory, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

From the naya you come to the swimming pool with steps (4x10m [insert feet here]), surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers.  From here, you have spectacular views of Montgó.  The mountain looks majestic and the rocks change colour with the light.
Around the villa there is a beautiful garden with palm trees.

The property is completely enclosed and the electric gate can be opened from the house and also by remote control.  There is a garage and enough space to park several cars on the grounds of the property.

The house is located so close to the mountain that it not only has magnificent views but is also well-protected from the cold winds from the north.  Of course, it also gives you easy access to one of the most attractive nature reserves of Spain: the Montgó nature reserve.  For more information and walking routes, please visit this page.

The villa is 3.5 kilometres (2.5 miles) from Javea, a small town which has existed since the Romans.  The beach is only a little further away, 5 kilometres (3 miles), and has an attractive boulevard with lots of restaurants.  The golf resort, “La Sella”, with 27 golf courses, is 6 kilometres (4 miles) from the house.
