Accommodation
The villa is on one level of 160m2. It has three twin bedrooms, one with a TV. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
In the sitting room are several comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the warm fireplace or watch the satellite TV or DVD. There is also a spacious dining table which accommodates six, directly connected to the modern kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a coffee machine “Senseo”, a large refrigerator, an oven and a microwave.
The villa also has air-conditioning and a utility room with a washing machine.
Exterior
From the sitting room there is direct access to a covered terrace with a second dining area. There are two sun terraces, one with a large pool (8x4m).
In total the area is 800m2 with a well kept garden. It is completely fenced-off to guarantee your privacy and safety of young children or pets.
Entry to the property is through a mechanical gate and there is room for two cars.
