Villa Vista Ibiza
A recently build villa for eight people, Villa Vista Ibiza offers you every possible modern luxury for your holidays at the coast, with the beach just 800 metres (half a mile) away.
This holiday house is in a peaceful development of villas on the edge of Jávea (or Xàbia) in the province of Alicante.
The villa distinguishes itself with its stylised decoration, and large gardens and terraces. Of course, the house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite television
Accommodation
The entrance hall of the villa is large and well-lit. From here you can reach the spacious living room with comfortable furniture, a 32-inch flat-screen television, with DVD player and satellite. Through the glass sliding doors, you can access the pool and the naya, or covered terrace. In this room, you will also find the dining area.
The kitchen is separate and comes with everything you need such as dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, oven, a big fridge, coffee machine, microwave and even a juicer.
To the right of the entrance hall is the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with bath and direct access to the pool-side terrace. This bedroom, as for all other bedrooms, comes with air conditioning. On this floor you can also find the second bedroom, which connects to the naya, and has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
In the entrance hall, you will find the stairs up to the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bidet. Both bedrooms connect to a large sun terrace with a dining area, sun loungers and sun shade. From here, you have open views of the surroundings and, in the distance, you can see the Mediterranean. On clear days, you can even make out the island of Ibiza.
This villa comes with washing machine, all the windows have fly nets and blinds
and there is central heating throughout the house.
Exterior
The house has grounds of 925m2 (10,000 sq. ft.) and the beautiful garden of 300 metres squared (3,200 sq. ft.) is complete with attractive rocky areas, palm trees and many other plants.
The five by ten metre (33x16.5 ft.) pool has heating for cooler days and is next to a large terrace with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a large sun shade. It is also here where you will find the stone barbecue and another dining table.
From the living room, you can access the naya, which is full of comfortable sofas and has another dining table.
On the grounds, there is a covered parking space with extra space for another five cars.
There is a rocky beach with a lighthouse 800 metres (half a mile) away, a supermarket 600 metres away and tennis courts half a kilometre (quarter of a mile) away. Jávea (or Xàbea) is 2.5km (1.5 miles) from the house.
