Rental conditions

 

 

Arrival and Departure

 

We request prior notice of your estimated arrival time. In the event of a Sunday arrival or on other festive dates there will be a charge of 40€.

The residence will be available from 17:00, although upon request, it may be possible to enter earlier. We ask that you leave the residence no later then 10:00.

On arrival we will require a 300€ deposit which will be returned to you after a complete check of the property.

 

Stay

 

Use of bed linen is required. Bed linen can be supplied at a cost of 11€-14€ each/per person or guests can bring their own if they prefer.

It is not permitted to exceed the number of inhabitants specified in the reservation contract. In case of last minute additions, we can be flexible as long as we receive prior notice.

Any damage sustained to the property will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged from the deposit. You will have a 24 hour window to report any previous damage. We recommend travel insurance to all our clients.

 

Cancellations

 

In case of a cancellation after your final reservation, but at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, you will have to pay 40% of the total rent but never less than 300€. With less than 6 weeks remaining the total sum of the rental will be required. We recommend cancellation insurance.

 

Address

 

The address to your villa will be provided after the final reservation. Under no circumstance will it be provided sooner to protect the privacy of owners and clients.

 

Gas and Electricity

 

Gas and electricity will be charged according to consumption.
